One thing about the watermelon is that it is low carb per volume, so it carries a very low glycemic LOAD. One should be able to eat a nice serving size of watermelon without much problem. Just maybe don't eat the whole melon at once! :0 burp. P.S. Gifford those were fantastic posts you did with too recently about research, etc. Thanks! ..
