Guest guest
I'll take your word for it. I really don't have a need for an exciting new food product when the aminos are so easy to get in the store, already. Amino acid breakdown is like how much of each amino acid is in quorn. Like how much tryptophan? Pardon me if I like to know what's in it exactly. Your gut reaction to quorn is probably not the amino acids (the standard set as we know it), but the contaminants. That's another chemical analysis I'd like to see before I would attempt to eat it. But I'd still have a technical reason to attempt it. If I ate an ounce of anything and it made me sick, I would wonder why I ate it. Dying from eating a good broiled steak in 50 yrs is a lot more fun than liver failure.
