Guest guest
I've read caffeine is dehydrating and I know it's good to avoid in general anyway but I'm wondering how dehydrating it is. How much extra water you have to drink per, say, 8 ounces of coke.
Guest guest
I recall dr saying 6 oz to float 100 kcals. there are 100 kcals in 8 oz of coke. Personally if in the lower level in Gatorade more to my liking. But I do drink coffee and when I add sugar to "burn fat", it's 1 oz per 16 oz coffee. I'm not sure the level of caffeine in coke vs coffee. Regards. ----- Original Message ----- From: Carol, getting conscious Sent: Saturday, August 02, 2003 2:43 PM Subject: Re: [ ] More water issues I've read caffeine is dehydrating and I know it's good to avoid in general anyway but I'm wondering how dehydrating it is.
