Guest guest
I saw the program too. Affected his central nervous system, and caused major body jerking, constant erratic twisting of limbs & trunk. He had been previously an alcholic & I wondered whether that made him more susceptible to the addition. I too have read many accounts from others who believe GHB is a good drug that gets a bad rap. This guy on TV was in a horrible situation. They said he couldn't stop after just one dose. I don't believe anyone wants to be addicted, to anything. The story prior to the GHB guy was about a young boy WAY out of control with anger, emotion & developmental issues. The parents used controversial techniques to reteach him how to think, react and behave. Reminded me of Robbins (The Power Within) & numerous others who believe in techniques that enable us to reteach ourselves new thinking patterns. To better control our lives & destiny. Perhaps even the CRONnies practice some of those techniques without know it... to enable success with their eating & health goals. Guest guest
A yi yi, I think the story (not that I saw it) was overblown. Possibly by a lot, depending. I know numerous people who occasionally take it. Many of them are life extensionists. You will not be addicted after " one hit, man " unless of course, something else was in it without knowledge. Before I get a lot of hate mail, I'll say that taking anything that you consider to be a drug or unnecessary part of diet (coffee, nicotine, refine sugar, whatever) very regularly or as a crutch is bad. Someone will always react badly to something causing terrible pain and suffering, possibly addition. I'm not advocating anyone take it once or a dozen or hundreds of times. Just look at the big picture. Sorry but when I see egregiously one-sided " arguments " like " GHB is bad " I have to chime in. -Jo April writes: > I saw the program too.
