Effects of vinegar on insulin and hunger

I was reading about this and I thought you guys might find it

interesting. It turns out a tablespoon of vinegar may reduce insulin

response and therefore reduce hunger if consumed with meals. I think

lemon juice has the same effect and might be more palatable.
