I think I'll practice it just for fun. I'm alread doing ON and I watch my calories although not very stringently. Thanks for the recommendations, I'll see if I have tangible effects appearing. The one big improvement I have noticed is flawless sleep and bowel movements. And yes, I'm 17. I'm pretty sure that's what I've said although I may have made a typo. I'll be 18 in November.
