Anemia may well be a CRON hazzard, though. The society's " cautions "

page says:

CR may experience anemia, even if iron intake is adequate by

Pneumonia is (approximately) the #6 most common cause of death.

It doesn't seem to be particularly uncommon.

Because it's more common among the sick or elderly.
