Guest guest
In The Anti Aging Plan, Walford mentions a test where you stand on one leg with your eyes closed. He mentions that under the age of 20 most people should be able to do this for a very long time. I'm only 17 and I find it quite difficult. To get above 30 seconds requires a great deal of concentration. In the past I wasn't even able to stand on one leg for more than 30 seconds even WITH my eyes open (although I starting practicing and it went up rapidly). So is the test meaningful? If I'm not good at it; should I be concerned? -
Guest guest
only 17 ?? At one point you told us you were 19. Soy dementia already? ---------- From: Francesca Skelton <fskelton@...> Reply- Date: Sun, 17 Aug 2003 09:18:24 -0400 < > Subject: Re: [ ] Standing on one leg? This test is not meaningful. Most of us can't do it. Start your ON part of CRON (ON only because you are so young). Have bloodwork done. After 6 months to a year, or so, get your bloodwork (fasting glucose and white blood cell count are esp. relevant). Also you should be more resistant to colds and flu. Other good indications are a nice thick head of hair (at least in my case) and better skin. I rarely get colds anymore whereas before I would get 2 colds a year. Even when people cough and sneeze on me - I am able to ward off colds. on 8/17/2003 8:44 AM, paultheo2000 at paultheo2000@... wrote: > In The Anti Aging Plan, Walford mentions a test where you stand on one > leg with your eyes closed.
