Are you saying you take caprylic acid, and grapefruit seed extract one month,

and then pau d'arco the next month......and keep rotating like this.

Hi Kathy

No, sorry. Let me make it clearer. I take caprylic acid for a month,

then grapefruit seed for a month, then pau d'arco for a month. Then I

start again at the caprylic acid. I read that you must rotate your

anti-fungals to ensure that the candida doesn't become immune to any of

them.
