People die. The question is how to jump from one of the longevity curves

to anyone, better one. We can not know when this man would have died, if

he had not been a " health nut. "

Rodale died on a Talk show, but his family died in their 40's and 50's

from heart trouble. He was in his late 60's I think. His son died young

too, but I do not think that a car wreck is cause for alarm.

When Atkins died I read an article that said his death would not effect

his company since he fell on the ice. However 70 is not young, and

people can die all the time. People with terrible health habits can live

very long.

The question is what can we do to expand our own personal longevity.

For me personally I need to lose 17 kilos before I start on a CRON, if I

do.
