About this discussion: it seems to me that the regimen you can stick with

or is easiest for you, is the one to follow. Walford says that it's easier

for him to fast one or two days a week than to follow the " everyday " low

calorie diet. In my case, I find it difficult to fast so I try to do CRON

daily. Whichever you can achieve, is the way to go.
