Guest guest
Reiterating what Francesca mentioned a few days ago (because it works SO well), natural-style APPLESAUCE is a terrific substitute for oil and butter. Also, you can pitch out the egg yolks and add extra whites...makes no difference in the taste or texture of the recipe. I just start with recipes that I look easy to make. Substitute applesauce for the fats, extra egg whites for yolks, sucralose for sugar, and whatever I like better than white flour. Your spelt sounds like a great idea. Maple "flavor" can be purchased as an extract in the baking aisle of the grocery. Are you going to mail us some brownies??????? Suz
