Various combinations of veggies in tomatos/sauce is one of my favorites.

(I don't use rice to avoid carbs but do use beans, esp. black eyed, with

a little green peace for thickness.) I've just discovered tumeric which

is delicious in tomato-y concoctions and is supposed to be a good

anti-inflammatory as well. Allspice is good too.
