Guest guest
For those hear who drink (pasteurized) milk...what are your thoughts on lactose free milk? I decided to have a look and noticed that it contains about 15% less calories (5g less carbs). Would it be wise then to switch from skim milk to lactose free skim milk? Or is there some negative aspect to lactose free milk. I'm basically asking out of curiosity since it costs twice as much. -Zulu
Guest guest
Dear , Most people with candida do not do well on any dairy products, even lactose-free milk, but you could experiment with it and see if you do okay. There are other things in milk that make it difficult to digest, i.e. casein, so if your digestive system is not up to par you might experience problems.
