Very silly question, but I want to make sure because it makes a big

difference in calories and nutrition:

Situation: I have 3oz of salmon and I intend to cook it over dry heat, and

it weighs 2.4oz after cooking, and 2.2oz with the skin removed (I don't eat

it).

Question: Which of the following do I enter in DWIDP:

1. 3oz of Salmon, raw

2. 3oz of Salmon, cooked, dry heat

3. 2.8oz of Salmon, raw

4. 2.8oz of Salmon, cooked, dry heat

5. 2.4oz of Salmon, cooked, dry heat

6. 2.2oz of Salmon, cooked, dry heat

Thanks :-)

Katrina.
