Guest guest
Hi All, The healthy weight calculator described in: http://www.healthcentral.com/cooltools/CT_Fitness/healthyweight1.cfm had a different twist - it looks at weight and fat. My results (101 pounds; 8.2% fat) were: Results of Your Healthy Weight Calculations Based on the computed pounds of lean and the standards from the chart, you should weigh 109 pounds. This means you should lose -8 pounds of fat. Remember that this is just a suggestion for your healthy body weight and may not be entirely accurate. This calculator uses the average healthy body fat of 22 percent for women and 15 percent for men to calculate a recommendation for you. If your body fat is lower than this, congratulations! You are probably very healthy! This test does not apply to you. Cheers, Al. Alan Pater, Ph.D.; Faculty of Medicine; Memorial University; St. 's, NL A1B 3V6 Canada; Tel.
