Guest guest
Hi guys: If anyone would be willing to share what happened to their HDL levels after they started CRON it would be appreciated. Also if anyone has suggestions for raising HDL that would be appreciated also. My HDL has long been in the 30 - 35 range, and only recently have I become aware that I ought to get it up at least to 45 if I can. If CRON will do that, then fine. But if not then I am actively experimenting with other foods currently and would consider other ideas for a future experiment. (I have a long list of things that have no effect on my HDL. Exercise is one. Wine as another.) Fish seems to raise it marginally. Niacin taken in large doses also is supposed to raise HDL but in the quantities needed is not well tolerated by most people, I am told. Thanks for any input. Rodney.
