If you normally eat 2500 cal a day for example, consider lowering to 2200 to begin. Then see how fast or how slow you're losing. if you're losing too fast, then up the cals. If too slow then reduce cal by 100-150 a day or so. Weight loss is not the goal of CRON. Reducing calories, while improving your diet is the goal! See the file " CR Made Easy " to start you off.
