Hello CR ALL:

Big portions of high calorie foods do not provide any

additional appetite satisfaction -- Results of a

Penn State study. Good news for CRONies...

CR is not hard -- Just eat calorie-lean foods.

Don't eat high-calorie stuff. You only get extra calories,

and nothing more -- not even added satisfaction --

from high-calorie foods!!!!

of calorie dense food -- the kind Americans tend to grab

on the run -- boost calorie consumption even higher, without

providing additional satisfaction, a new Penn State study

has shown.

Warren,

I suspect that these high calorie foods are not satiating because they

spike insulin. Unless I skimmed the article too rapidly, it does

little to disprove the contention that high fat-high protein foods are

very satiating.
