Bought extra eggs in fact. Francesca, Helpful hint...save the egg shells! If you float the egg shells in something acid while cooking (and remove when done) ie. tomato sauce or tomato soup, you will increase the calcium content of that food. Same thing with vinegar...soak egg shells in cider vinegar and then use the vinegar after it has leached(don't know if that is the right word) the calcium from the egg shells.
