Ornish actually at one point advocated low fat but I believe that he now

advocates the " good " fats (some olive oil, avacado, nuts) . Ornish

advocates giving up meat completely - Walford does not but suggests sticking

to the low fat meats. AFAIK Ornish also does not preach any kind of calorie

restriction. A Walfordian diet is not represented in this study, but there

have been plenty of studies with animals on CRON (as well as the example of

the Okinawans) so we all know the healthful benefits of it.
