Guest guest Posted October 23, 2003 Report Share Posted October 23, 2003 Ornish actually at one point advocated low fat but I believe that he now advocates the " good " fats (some olive oil, avacado, nuts) . Ornish advocates giving up meat completely - Walford does not but suggests sticking to the low fat meats. AFAIK Ornish also does not preach any kind of calorie restriction.
