Guest guest
Loved the article about COK. How is it possible, though, to get enough calcium without using dairy products? I am working on my bone mass, and expect that to be a lifelong project. Thanks, Ria Brownlow

Guest guest
Actually, I believe dairy may well be a poor source of calcium (fairly low in mg/calorie and not so good absorption). Dark leafy greens, tofu and especially sardines (with bones) may be alternatives. In a study I saw, nurses who ate the most vegetables had the lowest risk of osteoporosis. Oddly, those who drank the most milk had the most osteoporosis! - > Loved the article about COK. How is it possible, > though, to get enough calcium without using dairy > products?
