During today's trip to the health food store, I passed their usual display of meringue cookies (yummy but made with sugar) and realized they may be very close to Michele's recipe. So I read the ingredients. Sure enough that's what they are! Although I've never bought them (I'm a good girl, I am) I (sinfully) have partaken when FF offers some free samples to shoppers. They are delicious and I plan to make a batch from Michele's recipe soon. Bought extra eggs in fact.
