NEED MOTIVATION!

I am having a difficult time converting to the CRON Lifestyle - as I

quickly lose motivation and return to my old eating habits. I am 38,

5'5 " , and weigh 132#. My main goal is to lose the 10# of fat that

I've gained during the past 3 years. However, signs of aging are also

creeping up on me, and I've decided it's time to " make a change " . Any

motivations thoughts, or words of encouragement would be greatly

appreciated.

Cheryl: don't bring any forbidden food into the house. If it's not around,

you can't eat it. If you work or are out of the house during the day and

are tempted, bring along your own healthy food. Carry sugarless gum to chew

instead of eating unhealthy food.
