This was asurprise for me when I had my first experiences. And I felt likeI was master of my body too, which soon became effortless. And itsaved time and bother, to avoid the trouble of preparing food andthe hassle of eating and cleaning up. The benefits go on and on.Per your remarks below Gandhi, Yes ... it is amazing, maybe evensensational... that hunger disappears entirely during the fastingperiod when no food is consumed. And more surprising yet... thatenergy levels are fortified and maintained strong, to gain anextra improvement in personal productivity. See recent post: /message/8276 http://tinyurl.com/sad0 2) The guaranteed benefit of saving time not having to prepare & eat meals. Possible energy boosts too. I am considering fasting every 4th day for 24 hrs, or doing a 48 hr fast every 8 days. I have no idea which is a safer or easier method or if there might be a more ideal way to fast. Sooo, I'm asking for feedback from those with experience. Please offer your experience, suggestions, or ideas for good ways of doing fasting. I'm especially interested in when you seemed to lose energy during fasting... was it because of too short a time frame or too long? What lengths of time have worked best for you for optimum energy levels & how often do you do it? Lastly, how many here eat once or twice per day, and what has been your experience with this compared to eating more often? ..
