I'm sure I ate about 1000 calories more than a regular day yesterday.

Fortunately the scale hasn't moved and today I'm not very hungry and haven't

eaten much. I noticed this same phenomenon last year - that the day after

the big feast, I undereat and it evens out. Has anyone else noticed this?

I experience a similar effect (but maybe not as " good " as yours). I

seem to be less hungry in the morning & when hunger does kick in I make

an effort to rein in my meal to a more " normal " level. Mostly I try to

stay away from sugar-foods, but I did have some yesterday... and I

suspect that my effort to " rein it in " is a response to my body's

pitious appeal for sugar again (vs. the apple :-))
