In the supplement section it > states what we should have but not the brand for everything. ==>I understand how difficult it is Amy. It is difficult to provide information on brands when we have members from all over the world. I live in Canada and I have the best success with Natural Factors brand for almost all of my supplements. If your health store doesn't carry everything recommended have them order it for you. > I am taking Calcium citrate powder but I wish it was a pill because it doesn't desolve in anything. ==>Natural Factors has calcium and magnesium citrate in pill form. ==> I am taking Twinlab's ascorbate C powdered, but again I wish it was in a pill form. ==>Ascorbic acid only comes in powdered form. ==>Twinlab norwegian cod liver oil and again I wish it was a pill form. ==>There is cod liver oil in capsules. >I need to get my hands on a vitamin A but don't know which brand to buy. Also for zinc and others........... ==>I know vitamin A is hard to find, but Natural Factors has one, so does NOW but your health store might have to order it, but ensure it is does not contain soy. I do not recommend zinc. It is only required in trace amounts and you get plenty in ocean sea salt and the diet. ==>You could also do an archive search of the messages because this has been discussed many many time. Hi, Bee-- Above is an excerpt of an old post. Is this the ascorbate c powder you're taking? http://www.vitaminshoppe.com/store/en/browse/sku_detail.jsp?id=TL-1022 It doesn't say yeast or soy free. Does it need to? Thanks, as always!

I don't think I posted that I take Twinlab's; I've never taken any Twinlab's products. But the one you provided the link to is good to take anyway. +++I take NOW brand ascorbic acid crystals.
