>

==>, I understand how very frustrating this is for you. My

heart goes out to you my dear. (((big hugs))) I pray that you get

some relief very soon. But please do not lose hope that you can turn

this around. You can, and you will but it does take time! It took

time for these problems to develop too. They didn't happen

overnight. This program is your only hope.

==>Please re-check your diet and your supplements (do not leave any

out or skip on doses). The diet and supplements all work together.

Also chew on fennel or whole cloves (spice not garlic) prior to

meetings and ensure you are taking liquid chlorophyll. Your recovery

is only dependent upon how closely you follow the program.

Hi , I just had to respond to you as I totally understand what you are

going through. I was there last winter and like you am a very social person and

wanted to hide away. I'm around family and friends who love good food and love

to bake and cook gourmet. I also loved to cook and bake also. My only way to get

through the winter last year, was that I was able to stay home alot, because my

work was slow. Now it is super busy again and I'm having a difficult time as I'm

not disiplined enough to cook, work and run. I'm running myself ragged trying to

keep up with all my obligations along with my diet. (My problem is tooooo many

obligations, deadlines, projects, and people to care for.)

I just want to say to you, that maybe you should slow down and not go too fast

into this diet. It does get easier if you slowly incorporate each step. If you

go too fast the die-off is horrendous. Things that seem to help with body odor

and bad breath are drinking lots of the lemon/sea salt, skin brushing, epsom

salt baths, sipping on clove tea, (really helps to freshen the breath) or even

swish your mouth with clove tea, chew on parlsey or peppermint, gargle with

peroxide and brush your teeth with baking soda mixed with peroxide. I found that

drinking lots of liquid chlorophyl mixed with water helps to cleanse internally

and even helps with gas and breath.

Hopefully you will find time to get into doing more. Is it possible to take

some time off during the holidays, or even after to get into the program more

fully? I sure can sympathize with you about wanting to lock yourself away

somewhere, and having a dark cloud hanging over. I felt this same thing, but it

gets easier as time goes by. Once you start to feel better, you will have more

energy to do it all. I took it so slow that for months I did not add the

antifungals or probiotics until I got the diet and supplements down pat. Good

luck and stay strong. Val

Thanks for your kind words and I am making progress but this is not

easy. I've been on the prgramm now for 8 weeks and as mentioned I've

had a range of die-off symptoms. I am bothered by the fact that these

symptoms come out of no where, one minute I'm feel good and the next,

I'm sweating (why?) and my clothing seems to have picked up a strange

odor??!?!? On the bright side, I think my halitosis may have gotten

better because my dental hygenist detected nothing before and after

the cleaning, I mean my mouth was open all time, I spoke to her close

up, but nothing so I guess the large amounts of clove tea and

chlorophyll are working. I also chew cloves, I like the taste, however

I don't want to have to do this for the rest of my life. It is hard

for me but I guess I have no choice but to try to get healthy and

you're right candida did not happen to me overnight.

==>The reason you are sweating at odd times is because it is one of

the ways the body gets rid of toxins. Toxins give off odors.

==>That's wonderful you halitosis is improving ! Way to go

girl! Believe me you will not have this for the rest of your life if

you stick to the program and get rid of your candida. In fact I

smell so sweet I don't use any underarm deoderant. :) lol! Trying to

buy a good deoderant became too much of a hassle for me so I nixed

it. My clothes don't really need washing because they don't smell at

all. I can wear my favorite night shirt for days and it still smells

like it just came out of the laundry. My breath is also sweet so I

stopped using toothpaste as well - it really cuts down on expenses.

I dry brush my teeth, rinse with 50/50 H202 & water, and soak my

dentures in it as well.

==>One day you'll be able to look back and see how far you've

progressed, so keep progressing !
