Guest guest
I've always heard them called Mung beans, but yesterday I was told that the correct name is Mungo beans, and that mung beans are something different. Whatever they are called, these are small green dried beans, usually sold in Asian food stores or health food stores. They are very popular in sprouting, because they are very easy to sprout. The sprouts are often available in regular supermarkets.
