Hello CR ALL:

This recipe comes from Deb Wolfe at VegSource:

Low-Calorie Chocolate Soda (Deb Wolfe)

======================================

1 Tbs cocoa powder

1/4 cup boiling water

1 Tbs milk or soymilk

Sucralose liquid to taste

5 ice cubes, or as needed

Sparkling water

-- In a tall, heatproof glass, dissolve cocoa in boiling water.

-- Add milk, and a few squirts of Sucralose liquid.

-- Add ice.

-- When mixture is good and cold,

-- Add sparkling water to fill glass.

-- Stir and Serve.

Make sure the mixture is cold before adding the

sparkling water. Chocolate sodas should be good

and cold! :-)

Note: Defatted cocoa powder has only 10 calories/TBL.

(Just between you and me:

I tried to get them to give me a low-carb board,

but they wouldn't. I will have to do that on my own.)
