Guest guest
I hate to think about calories, but, here's a guestimate (YMMV, especially depending upon ingredients choosen): Liquid: 0 Ice: 0 Blueberries 1/2 cup: 40 Whey powder 1.5 scoops: 140 Peanut butter, 1 tbsp.: 100 Nuts, assorted: 100 Chinese Wolfberries: 20 Coffee Beans: 10 Guar gum 1 tbsp.: 10 Xanthan gum 1/2 tbsp.: 5 Flax, 2 tbsp, ground: 80 Sweeteners: 10 Spices and extracts: 10 Total: Approximately 525 kcals. If you want to skim calories, reduce or leave out peanut butter and nuts for an easy 200 kcal deduction. They do add flavor and crunch, though, and possibly some important nutritional components. I certainly haven't gotten fat 'cause of them, although I might be lighter if I left them out. Current BMI ~19. " E-Mail is not to be used to pass on information or data.
