You might have to force yourself to eat to get enough nutrients every day. Don't worry about volume of food as much as the " type of food " . Even Bee's Raw Egg Drink can provide plenty of nutrients, along with supplements, if you have enough of it. Do your best to eat well in spite of not having an appetite. Things that increase your appetite are sauerkraut or kimchi with meals and spices. Learn as much as you can about how to use spices on your foods. Some of the recipes in our files will help. Make your foods as appetizing as you can. Keep us posted on how it goes . This too shall pass as you continue to progress. Luv, Bee
Guest guest
Thanks I appreciate it, the strange thing for me is I used to have a voracious appetite (which I know was me just feeding yeast) and now nothing.......I'll keep you posted > > > > I have posted before that I have absolutly no appetite and am having > a very hard time eating all that I'm supposed to, If I just don't want > to eat, should I force myself to eat something or should I just let it > go. > > ==> , for some people losing their appetite is a symptom of this > disease too, which isn't healthy. Guest guest
Greetings I have pretty much lost my appetite too. Like you, I used to have an enormous appetite, eating everything I could get my hands on, which was usually bad foods that yes, fed the candida. What I have noticed is that on days that I have Bee's Egg Drink for breakfast, I have to force myself to eat another meal later in the day. If I start off with scrambled eggs, peppers, onions and spinach added in, then I will usually eat 3 meals a day. I cannot explain it except that I do get more fat in Bee's Egg Drink (3-4 tblsp of coconut oil and 2-4 tblsp of butter). When I make scrambled eggs, I only use 2 tblsp of coconut oil and 2 of butter. So I think the high fat is what keeps me full all day and makes me less hungry. Not sure that helps explain what is going on with you, but it is the only explanation I can find for my own circumstances. with Metta, ~Lori~ > > I have posted before that I have absolutly no appetite and am having a > very hard time eating all that I'm supposed to, If I just don't want > to eat, should I force myself to eat something or should I just let it > go > > >
Guest guest
Thanks Lori The funny thing is I never ate and ate foods that fed candidia, I would eat a ton of protien and veggies, I don't know what it is, something has just changed, it probably is a good sign in a way, I think my digestion just wants to rest, you know. I'll keep trying different thngs like you suggest, could be a certain thing and a certain time is just not working Thanks > > > > I have posted before that I have absolutly no appetite and am having > a > > very hard time eating all that I'm supposed to, If I just don't > want > > to eat, should I force myself to eat something or should I just let > it > > go > > > > > > >
