Guest guest
Just returned from a trip and it was discouraging to see what people are eating " on the run " . I would guess that these habits are similar to what they're eating when not on the run. In the Chicago O'Hare Airport terminal food court (which offered junk food as well as healthy food choices) the crowds were biggest by far at the Mickey D (Mc's) counter. There was one food counter which served lucious health salads and 100% fruit shakes and that's what I ate. However I was in the vast minority. On the planes, I noted that most people opted for soft-drink sugared sodas rather than healthier juices that were available. I passed up my pretzels, but saw that most passengers downed theirs quickly. Just one woman's observation, but most of the public still doesn't have a clue about healthy eating.
