Guest guest
Debby, You asked me to share what has helped me this time around feel better and I think the only answer is my attitude. I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. I saw a friend 3 weeks ago who has brain cancer. she was dx 4 years ago and was only give 3-6 months. Although her quality of life isnt what she would have hoped for, she inspired me. Her husband on the other hand isnt doing so well so i invited him to join this group. Hopefully we will all see him here soon. I realized that everytime i eat something which i know i shouldnt i am the only one who suffers. You invited, i think, gail to a challenge and when i read that i thought...im going to take this challenge. I had absolutely nothing to lose but some more weight. So i did stick to it and my digestion improved tremendously which lead me to be able to eat more foods which helped me gain weight. So for me it all came together at once and i beleive a lot of it was my thought process. What kinda helped me begin to feel better was about a month ago i began the coffe enemas, epsom salt baths, dry skin brushing, adrenal exercises and jump roping. When i began all of that i kinda increased my energy which gave my mental focus a boost. I dont crave cookies or chips right now and i hope that lasts. When i have a craving i eat meatballs, pot roast, eggs galore, or veggies. I have been on a candida diet for 18 months now and on Bee's version for about 4 months. The dieoff was quiet overwhelming for a while but that seems to be better and if it is not i now know how to deal with it. A lot of my physical issues are gone with the exception of my monthly cycle stuff, and my eye floaters and a touch of my digestion if i eat the wrong things. I am truly a believer of this program, but i have to say that its tough and everyone should know that it is not going to be easy but it is definately worth. Hopefully i am on the mend to a new path in life and i have to thank this group for it. Because unless you have dealt with it you have NO IDEA what it can do to you. Best of health to us all. We are truly better beings thanks to Bee and this group. Sue __________________________________________________

I also hit a bottom as well, and got sick and tired of being sick and tired. > I realized that everytime i eat something which i > know > i shouldnt i am the only one who suffers.
