week-end diet

I have a 80th birthday party to go to this week-end and it will be from lunch

through dinner time. I can't take my own food and I know I will have to eat

some WRONG things. If I know these people they will not have anything there

that I can really eat. SO I guess my question is, I will be eating stuff that I

am not suppose to. How can I protect myself and not back slide a lot. I don't

want to undo everything. Is there something that I can take when I eat the BAD

stuff?
