Bee,

[bee Wrote] ->>Why only for the next 5 days? Eggs are nature's most

perfect food - see the Egg folder (it might be in the Candida Diet

Folder or on its own) - and it's a great way to get good fats and

cinnamon which helps control blood sugar levels.

==>I should explain. I meant I would only be having the Egg Drink and

nothing else for the next 5 days... No other foods, just the Egg Drink

and water. Are you against this? I may add chlorella throughout and

a few supplements...

==>Also, something else that's pretty amazing. I got back on my EFA's

(as you suggested) and 4 houirs later my dry, itchy skin was no more.

Thank you,

ROM

==>That's fine to have only the Raw Egg Drink; I did that over 2 1/2

years ago and I did very well.

==>Hooray for you ROM! Wow! That's a wonderful testament to the

importance of EFAs (essential fatty acids, particularly omega 3 from

cod liver oil).
