Guest guest
Well, that study was in elderly and sedentary women. Because of their sedentary lifestyle, their physical output probably diminished rapidly after 30 minutes meaning they were simply working longer but not as hard. I think a fit person would definitely lose more weight doing longer exercise sessions. That being said, 30 minutes a day is probabably ideal from a health/lifespan perspective (from what I've gathered). Exercise is good, more is perhaps a bit better and too much is not so good either. -
