Nutrition Software for non-Microsoft platforms?

I have played a bit with the DWIDP software offered on the

WALFORD.COM web site. He mentions other diet planning software.

Does anyone know of other software that fulfills most of the same

functions, especially with respect to the full FDA/USDA list of

nutrients? In particular, I'm interested in software that runs on

non-Microsoft platforms (Linux, Palm, MacOS).
