Also, balsamic vinegar is also refered to as a " sweet " vinegar. I actually

like vinegar straight on my salads. Sometimes the sweet is nice; sometimes

just the sour alone is fine as well, for me.

Do you think this dressing could be kept refrigerated for a while?

wondering. Also, thx for comments on " clear type " in Windows.

Hello April.

Yes, store the dressing refrigerated. It should store

for about 2 weeks or longer, I would estimate.
