Can I get my B vitamins making those frozen liver pills in the Files?

At this point, I don't think I can tolerate the taste of liver in the

liver drink but I'm sure I could swallow those liver pills whole. My

question is, " If youre swallowing liver without chewing it first, can

your body still get at the nutrients? "
