Guest guest
Simple way to start is remove all sugars on diet and eat animal protien and green vegetables. That alone may help. You can ease into full program ASAP. > > Hello everyone, > I actually joined this forum nearly a year ago, but after 2 weeks of > trying the diet too quickly I failed. Guest guest
What my dh & I found, is that, starting out slow -- don't try to do everything all at once -- start by I'm the sole provider in the > > house at the moment as my husband is studying full time and I have > > gone back to work to support him, plus I have two young children > > under 4 years old, so I can't afford to fall in a heap anymore >than > > what I already have! > > > > Please any advice.thank you > > > > > > > _________________________________________________________________ Add a contact to Windows Live Messenger for a chance to win a free trip! http://www.imagine-windowslive.com/minisites//default.aspx?locale=en-us & hmt\ agline

Guest guest
Hi , I checked the following document in the Files section: " Curing Candida, How to Get Started " , and it is a step-by-step summary of how to get started. I think I will help you. Take it one step at a time and stay on that step the time it is necessary. As was alread posted to you, taking it slowly, first eliminating sugars and refined carbohydrates, and simply following the diet, will get you started. All the info you need is in the Files section, though it might be overwhelming at first. So take small bites at a time. To help you get started with your first step, I would print the list of ok foods, and the list of not ok foods, so you know what to buy and what to avoid. Just follow the " How to get Started " file. Once you have mastered the first step (go at your own pace), then go on to the second one, and so forth. Hope this helps. Fran :- )

See our Candida Group Information Folder for how and why. Also we need you to put your first name at the end of your posts so our blind member, Maddalena, knows when to stop listening. Thanks a whole bunch, Bee
