Guest guest
Hello , Thank you for your interest (exercise to help build bones and defeat osteoporosis). I currently do not exercise much more than walking, although in the past, I ran and lifted weights -- both of which I recommend. Again, thanks for asking. Moderate and safe exercise is helpful. -- Warren > -----Original Message----- > From: paultheo2000 [mailto:paultheo2000@...] > Sent: Saturday, September 20, 2003 4:39 AM > > Subject: [ ] Re: Building Bones [Was: Interesting Article > for You Vegetarians] > > > Warren, do you exercise or lift weights? > > -
Guest guest
I purchased Westsoy Soy Slender at my supermarket and found it countains more nutrition including fiber and protein, and fewer calories, than many diet shakes and bars. Guest guest
Not bad as a low carb milk substitute, either. " E-Mail is not to be used to pass on information or data. Guest guest
I like All-Bran with Extra fiber, a little cinnamon, and the low carb soy milk, also. I have found it to be - in selected dishes (oatmeal is a good example) - a very tasty sweetener. It does not carry the " wallop " of sugar or high fructose corn syrup. But for those of us who have gotton off the " sugar wagon, " the sweetness of cinnamon is very noticeable and - in certain foods - very satisfying.
