Hello Dominick,

Glad that you enjoyed the Smart Money article

featuring Francesca. Yes, she looks great.

Best of all, she took the extra effort and

work and RISK to allow her personal story

and her personal picture to be published

in the national media. That is commitment.

She is COMMITTED, and that is why CRON succeeds

for her. We all need to be committed and to

stay committed over the long haul: Stay

interested and participate with the group!

Stay committed and do it publicly -- by making

friends among like-thinking idealists here --

because that way you take responsibility,

as each message you post reinforces your

personal commitment. Be a leader.

The CR Movement needs all the extra publicity

that we can deliver into the news media,

to promote the age-defeating CRON diet.

Stay committed, stay happy, slim down healthy,

and be a publicity hound to promote the CR diet.

It's the REAL THING. It's the diet that may just

save (or at least lengthen) your life!

Thanks for the files Warren, I really appreciate it. I must say,

Francesca looks great, doesn't she? Although I'm not quite on a true

CRON diet yet, I'm working my way _down_ to it. I'm currently taking

in about 1,800 calories a day and I plan to slowly bring that down

over the next couple of years. I'm already noticing the increased

energy and sensitivity to cold, however.
