Guest guest
Just wanted to add I'm not mouth breathing, I'm not thirsty because of that. Elyse
Guest guest
Hi, are you taking cod liver oil? I found that really helps with dry tissues, eyes and mouth. I'm having all the fats required for my due weight, the electrolyte drink everyday and I use a humidifier. ( Most of the fats I have is butter because I can't handle much coconut oil yet, and I do have some olive oil too). Is there anything else I should have so I'm not so dehydrated? See Dr. Rind's website for a list of symptoms. Most candida sufferers have low adrenal function. It is important for adrenals to have enough ocean sea salt, particularly for the sodium in it. Also do dry skin brushing for the adrenals and coffee enemas. See my article about Adrenals in the files (it might be in the Treatments Folder). Guest guest
Yes I figured it was probably adrenals. I'm doing most of the adrenal treatments, still have to work a few more in (reflexology, thumping etc). I'm sure it will probable take a while for changes to take place. The more fat I eat, the thirstier I get. For me this causes water retention in mainly feet & abdomin (up & down 15lbs while I have been trying to figure it out), dry skin & dry peeling lips. I did more for my adrenals, brushing & salt water etc, to no effect. I increased my intake of digestive enzymes, it helped a bit (possibly due to the lipase & bile acids). A few days ago I started taking Swedish Bitters with every meal to get my liver " moving " , too early to say yet, but I think that this could be what I needed. My thirst & water retention etc has been decreasing, and my stool is darker and no longer floats (I didn't realise that it should sink), must be a liver / fat / digestion issue for me. Just thought I would " throw " this out there in case it might help you. Jewel
