Could ditching my vitamin pill be making me hungrier?

I recently stopped consuming my daily vitamin pill and the occasional

calcium and vitamin C. I did so because extra synthetic iron and

niacinamide (?) don't seem to be conducive too good health. Since then

I've also started eating regularly again (non CRON) but I've noticed

increased hunger and less well-adjusted bowel movements. Could this be

because of the lack of specific vitamins (chromium?)
