Guest guest
I just bought a new coffee product that's interesting. It's called RocaMojo and the kind I got is an organic coffee/roasted soy blend. So you get 1/2 the caffeine plus added nutrients. I won't pretend it's just like coffee, but you do get the gist of coffee and add 3g fiber, 7g protein, 4%RDA calcium, 6% iron, 10% riboflavin, 15% niacin. So not bad if you don't mind a weaker tasting cup of coffee. The brand also makes all roasted soy grounds, but I haven't tried that. So if you're not totally purist about your coffee, this might be a great switch.
