Peg: Warren's suggestion is great!

Another suggestion: just transfer some of those calories you eat during the

day to the nighttime. For example: I had the same problem (as do many of

us). Now I eat my small handful of nuts at night - and my fruit salad

topped with FF yogurt at about 9 pm. I then have my glass of wine right

before bed. Most nights that satisfies me. You can also just eat 1/2 of

your dinner at 6 or so (or whenever you have dinner) and leave the other

half for when you get your munchies.

I'm sure others will have other ideas for you.

I recall reading a study which showed that drinking a large glass of

water right before bedtime eliminated 99% of night-time awakenings due

to hunger.
