Guest guest
Thanks Doug, great timing! I was planning to try your recipe after my next shopping trip. Debra NW " Doug " <organyze@...> wrote: I was just guessing when I wrote down the amounts the other day. I just made it according to what I wrote and there are too many herbs according to the recipe I posted on here. Decrease the oregano to 1.5 tablespoons. Decrease the parsley to 1/2 tablespoon. Increase garlic powder to 1.5 teaspoons. Add a little more salt. Thyme is about right.
Guest guest
It's just a matter of taste, I guess. My wife said she LOVED it tonight, even better than before. It's still VERY good, even with the original recipe that I posted on here. If you love herbs, go with it. If you're a psychotic, obsessive-compulsive perfectionist like I am, go with the adjustment. Happy eating!!! > > Thanks Doug, great timing! I was planning to try your recipe after my > next shopping trip. > > Debra NW

Guest guest
Only Bee and the mods can do that, and they're pretty busy! It's easy to find the recipes without them being there. Just search posts... type in " spaghetti " and you'll go right to it! If you can't find it, email me offlist and I'll email it to you. Don't worry about getting your courage up to try the diet. Come on in!!! The water's fine!!! The water's fine!!! > > Doug LOL - It's just getting the feet wet first! I got into eating organic and natural foods about 3 1/2 years ago and just this fall learned about NT, so the way Bee's diet goes excites me because it is right up my alley and I am so against Western medicine. Through all this research I have done, I finally learned why my health had been on a downward spiral - I had 8 amalgams in my mouth and I lost my mom to MS 3 years ago - she had a mouth full of mercury.... I got on a waiting list through a foundation to have them removed, but they ended up closing their doors. I found a holistic dentist and last winter and he removed them at his cost - what a blessing that was! Even after getting them all out the symptoms still were bad. I knew I needed to chealate yet, but I had a feeling there was more going on. I suspected I had candida and had no idea how bad until I took the test on Bee's site - in the red! Mercury and candida have a lot of the same symptoms and the mercury poisoning plays into why I have candida among other things. My symptoms are a mile long it seems. I have lost well over half my hair. It was really thick and is down to my waist and still falling out. I could go on and on, but anyways... I am just thankful that God has led me here and I know what I need to do now to get better. It is just getting past the fear of feeling worse than I already do. I takes all that I have to get through a day and to top it off I am a single mom of 3 and I cant afford to feel any worse than I do! I do have a question though - I have poured through the files and have read a lot, but I cant seem to find how much of each supplement to take. I found the supplement chart created by in 2007, but it only says what supplements to get and where. Where is it that you know how much of what and when you should be taking all these? I am just brain dead - another one of my many symptoms, so forgive me if its out there - just getting tired of looking for it and not finding it. Can you do me one more favor and give me a starter list of what you suggest to buy from Mountain Rose to help with my new way of eating?! Thank you, Teri

Guest guest
Hi Teri, The most helpful stuff from mountain rose that I have gotten are... Onion Powder Garlic Powder Cinnamon Nutmeg Pau D'arco VCO Ginger Thyme Turmeric But this is only a started list. They have so many great organic or wild harvested herbs, its wonderful. Don't forget to get good sea salt too, on the recommendation of other group members, I started buying it from azure standard, as its a great price. I actually got the 22 pound bag! I have four friends doing this diet or similar ones, so we have split it up, but it was a great deal even with the shipping. Jecca Can you do me one more favor and give me a starter list of what you suggest to buy from Mountain Rose to help with my new way of eating... Guest guest
The supplement list can be found in Bee's " How to Successfully overcome candida " article. It's not all together, I don't think. YOu have to figure it out. I put it all on a single page Word document if you send me your email address privately off-list, I'll send you what I have... how much to take, and where to buy it. Mountain Rose reccomendations: 1 pound garlic powder 8 oz parsley 8 oz stevia powder 8 oz curry 1 pound cinnamon pwder 8 oz thyme 4 oz nutmeg (whole... you'll have to grind em yourself) 8 oz dill 8 oz oregano 8 oz peppercorns 8 oz onion powder 1 gallon coconut oil 1 deodorant stone (It's only $5 and will last a year!) Be sure to do your order through Bee's website www.healingnaturallybybee.com so she can make a little from the ad on her page, okay??? I bought a lot of other spices from there, but I don't use them very much. I wish you the best as you start getting rid of the mercury in your system. It's not bad... really! Because you have been eating pretty healthy for awhile, I have a feeling you won't experience horrible die-off either. (But I'm no expert!!!) That's what Bee is here for! Guest guest
Nope... it will be the same price. You'll just be ordering through Bee's portal. If I understand correctly, they will disount the prices through that portal from their regular prices, and give that savings to Bee. (Someone please correct me if I'm wrong). Just about any link you click on on someone's website to order on another website works that way. Doug > Will placing my Mt. Rose order through Bee's site increase my final > costs? Go directly to MRH but don't finalize your order, and then go through my website to see if there is any difference. Bee

Yes, you are correct. Stated another way: MRH pay me a sales commission that is included in their retail price. However, they do not provide discounts when you buy directly. In other words, the retail price doesn't change whether you buy through my website or directly. Bee

Guest guest
good work, doug! thanks! for those who can tolerate spaghetti squash, it works nicely as a " noodle substitute " as well. just bake the squash (i'm lazy so i throw it in the oven whole) and pull out the " strands " with a fork when its done. presto. of course, from there the possibilities are endless. fake pestos (no nuts), sauces, and herbs galore. i love it with butter and chinese 5 spice. jessica > > I was just guessing when I wrote down the amounts the other day. My 3 1/2 year old asks for me to shake a little on his plate and he just eats it up with his finger! Wow - 22 pounds! That's the way to go if you can split it up with some people - you can save a lot with buying in bulk. I get a pound for $8.00 at my HFS. ~Teri

For the time being I'm trying to avoid getting a job because I'm setting up my website. There is tons of work to do on it. Of course I'd prefer to retire and devote my time to my website, this group, and writing articles and my book. Unfortunately my pension isn't enough. Guest guest
Terri, you can buy a 5 pound bag of true celtic sea salt from Azure Standard for $13.80. Local health food stores are outrageously priced, in many cases. > > > > Wow - 22 pounds! That's the way to go if you can split it up with some > people - you can save a lot with buying in bulk. Guest guest
Hi Doug, I am not seeing it on their web site. I can only find 8oz. or a pound for 7.50. Are you sure it is Azure Standard that has it for that great price? Teri > > > > > > > > Wow - 22 pounds! Guest guest
You have to sign up for an account there, which means just tying your email address into it or something. Also, it's very hard to find it by searching. Just type in product # BP017, and you'll go right to it! Doug > > > > > > > > > > > > Wow - 22 pounds! I tried it every which way and nothing worked! I tried the old site and the new site, I tried it logged on and logged off, I tried it searching for salt and celtic sea salt. Is there other products at a really good price that you have a secret code for? - LOL Thank you for sending the product number - that is such a great deal compared to what I am paying for it and every little bit helps being a single mom! ~Teri

Guest guest
I looked on my last invoice to get the product code for you. I had the same problem trying to find the 5 pound bag the first time I ordered too! I would recommend the ceramic salt grinder they sell as well. The first week or two, I didn't really like it. But after it got broken in, it really grinds the salt well!!! Grinder code # HA140 (That's the black one... they have a white one too, which might be more suitable for " salt " ) I'm pretty dense sometimes, so I didn't figure that out. > > Now how did you get that " secret " code? >
