Patty I am with you! 100%! In fact I feel best with no supplements at

all. I have found with experimentation that in fact, I feel best

probably when I eat a normal diet and no supps. I just know that this

goes against everything that everyone says here, but it is what I

found to be true. In fact when I first started to really feel better

it was when I started slacking on the supps and started eating more

normal foods again instead of just whole foods and health food. I am

not saying to go out and eat fast food, that will make me feel like

total crap too. I am talking about just eating stuff like i always

did before, no junk food, or minimal but otherwise just being smart

and healthy but not overly fanatical on any one type thing. Of course

I cannot say it was this that got me better for sure, because I

always asumed it was just the timming after my surgery that it was

time that I started healing. But I know that I eat very healthy yet I

do not deprive myself and this is when I feel the best. When I try to

stick to a strict diet that tells me not to eat certain things ever,I

just never feel as good and it usually sets me up to fail anyhow.

Just my own 2 cents worth

sick!

Peg: it was very courageous of you to apologize. It takes a person of

great character to do so. , unfortunately has left no forwarding

address, so unless she's reading the website we have no way of reaching her.

Please don't beat yourself up over it. We all know your intentions were not

to be mean spirited.
