How does the baking soda treatment work?

I've read the file for the baking soda treatment, but it doesn't say

how it works. Is it an anti-fungal? Does it cause severe die-off? Has

anyone done it? If so, what was your experience?

Thanks

==>Baking soda is actually antifungal. And yes it will cause die-off

symptoms. Some members have tried it, but they've had to stop

because it causes too many die-off symptoms.

==>Candida cannot be cured by antifungals alone. The only way is to

build up the immune system so it will " make " candida " change back "

into the nice friendly organism it is supposed to be in the body.

That takes time, patience, and persistence on the program.

It is important to start with diet and all of the supplements; later

when you are able to take 6 tbls of coconut oil a day without having

severe die-off symptoms, you could try baking soda. However, I feel

the other antifungals are better, i.e. raw garlic, oil of oregano, or

clove oil. Baking soda tends to cause sodium/potassium imbalances

anyway so it is hard to regulate your intake.

Cheers, Bee

==>Hi. Do you have a reference for that information?

TIA, Bee
